Many of us play different roles in our lives: spouse, parent, friend, sibling, professional… At the most recent Blue Star Families Networks Live! event, I found two of my roles – military spouse and Blue Star Families Fellow – blending together. First and foremost, I was there as a fellow to help out and support the event any way I could. By the middle of the key note speaker I found I had changed the lens from how I was viewing the event from professional to military spouse.
