I have sold and listed real estate since 2002, selling and listing over 400 properties to active and veteran military buyers and sellers well as non military buyers and sellers. For buyers, I have a rather simple way of doing business. I listen to what you want and show you homes that meet your criteria. For sellers, I research what current market values are, suggest a sales price from the data and if at all possible set the list price to be at least competitive with the other homes on the market.
