Biography

Edward Hasicka, a licensed real estate professional and REALTOR® since 2006, is the Co-Founder and Owner of NextHome Residential with locations in New York City, on Long Island, and in Westchester County. He leads the NYC office and has lived in Manhattan & Queens most of his life.

As a native New Yorker that has lived in Florida for 10 years, vacationed in Hawaii for 25+ years (and still does), worked in the West End of London covering Europe for IBM, and traveled the U.S. and the much of world for most of his life, Eddie can tell you from first-hand experience that there is nothing like our real estate market. It can be tough, complex, and dog-eat-dog, but there’s nothing more rewarding for him than delivering results that build life-long relationships with his clients and agents.
