Biography

Delwyn retired from the Navy as a Naval Officer after 30 years of service. Having relocated 8 times, he is familiar with the stress associated with moving a family cross country in search of the ideal place to live. Delwyn began his Real Estate career 20 years ago as a residential property investor. He has a strong grasp of how financial and market dynamics influence pricing and the investment performance of real estate. He graduated from Troy University, with a Master’s in Business Management. He teaches Real Estate and several lower level Business courses as an Adjunct Professor at Thomas Nelson Community College. He has been awarded the Hampton Roads Realtors Association Circle of Excellence Gold Award every year since 2015 and he receives 5-Star ratings from past clients on Zillow and Trulia.
