We’ve planned a free Facebook live workshop to help you thrive physically and mentally during unique circumstances created by military life, specifically a deployment. We’re partnering with Evie from InDependent, a military spouse currently enduring a long-term separation from her husband who’s away at an Army school. Evie is the Executive Director of InDependent. She’s a former Army brat who said she’d never marry into the military. After three years of long distance dating, Evie gave in and married her soldier in 2011. They have gone through three deployments together, moved to four different duty stations, and had one overseas assignment to South Korea.
